eReminder QuickBooks
Integrationis a Windows® based
software. eReminder QuickBooks Integration is a tool
developed by eTimeInc to provide an easy way to share data between
eReminder and QuickBooks. Just one-click, you can send
tasks/appointments/contacts to QuickBooks, import/export from
eReminder to QuickBooks, and vice versa. If you want to use
eReminder QuickBooks Integration, Intuit QuickBooks 2000 or
greater must be installed on your machine.
eReminder QuickBooks
Integration has three parts. The left part is a navigator to
different views. The right side has two parts. The top part is
view to show entries, and the bottom part is log view to show
synchronizing information. To send data to another application,
just click the button Synchronize.
To synchronize Appointments in
eReminder to ToDos in QuickBooks
1. Start QuickBooks
2. Start eReminder
3. From the popup menu of TopBar, choose QuickBooks Integration
4. Switch to Appointments view
5. Select entries. To select multiple entries, hold down the ctrl
or shift keys to select. To select all entries, use Ctrl + A.
6. From the File menu, choose Synchronize, or click the button
Synchronize in the toolbar.
To synchronize
Customers in QuickBooks to Contacts in eReminder
1. Start QuickBooks
2. Start eReminder
3. From the popup menu of TopBar, choose QuickBooks Integration
4. Switch to Customers view
5. Select entries. To select multiple entries, hold down the ctrl
or shift keys to select. To select all entries, use Ctrl + A.
6. From the File menu, choose Synchronize, or click the button
Synchronize in the toolbar.
In this view, you can
configure how to synchronize data between QuickBooks and eReminder.
QuickBooks Company File Section
It's optional to enter QuickBooks company file here. If you do not
specify QuickBooks company file, then eReminder QuickBooks
Integration will suppose that you have started QuickBooks, it will
try to synchronize data with the running QuickBooks.
If you have allowed eReminder QuickBooks Integration login
automatically and specify company file, then it's not necessary to
start QuickBooks when synchronize.
