Tracker Leader QuickBooks Integration

Tracker Leader QuickBooks Integration provides an easy way to share data between QuickBooks and Tracker Leader. Just one-click, you can send timesheet and expenses to QuickBooks.

Tracker Leader QuickBooks Integration has three parts. The left part is a navigator to different views. The right side has two parts. The top part is view to show entries, and the bottom part is log view to show synchronizing information. To send data to another application, just click the button Synchronize.

Firstly, synchronize Clients, Project Categories information.

To synchronize Users in Tracker Leader to Employees in QuickBooks

1) Start QuickBooks

2) Start Tracker Leader Pro

3) From the Tools menu, choose QuickBooks Integration

4) Switch to Users view

5) Select entries. To select multiple entries, hold down the ctrl or shift keys to select. To select all entries, use Ctrl + A.

6) From the File menu, choose Synchronize, or click the button Synchronize in the toolbar.

To synchronize Tasks in Tracker Leader to Service Items in QuickBooks

1) Start QuickBooks

2) Start Tracker Leader Pro

3) From the Tools menu, choose QuickBooks Integration

4) Switch to Tasks view

5) Select entries. To select multiple entries, hold down the ctrl or shift keys to select. To select all entries, use Ctrl + A.

6) From the File menu, choose Synchronize, or click the button Synchronize in the toolbar.

To synchronize Time Entries in Tracker Leader to Timesheet in QuickBooks

1) Start QuickBooks

2) Start Tracker Leader Pro

3) From the Tools menu, choose QuickBooks Integration

4) Switch to Time Log view
