Leader Pro
Tracker Leader Pro is a Windows®
based software. It can be used for team and individual time and
cost reporting, project management. Fundamental information
(clients, projects, tasks, users, etc.) is entered into Tracker
Leader Pro then used by Tracker Leader timesheet entry software
(Tracker Leader Client, Tracker Leader Punchclock) for time
tracking. Once time is entered, Tracker Leader Pro can export
multiple team and individual time and cost reports in one minute.
In a typical multi-user environment, everyone uses one or more
Tracker Leader timesheet entry tools in daily work for assignments
adjustment, task notification, timesheet entry and expense entry,
to view timesheet, productivity graphs and reports. Managers use
Tracker Leader Pro periodically (weekly or monthly) for project
planning, monitoring and reporting. |

To login Tracker Leader Pro, you need
user ID and password, if you have none of these, or forget one of
them, please contact with your Tracker Leader Administrator. |

Uses view is also used to determine
who has access to Tracker Leader Pro and Tracker Leader timesheet
entry tools. The User ID and Password information entered are used
to gain access to Tracker Leader Pro and Tracker Leader client. |

Client is a person, division or
company who bills one or several projects. One client may have
several projects, so you can assign multiple projects to a client.
If not charge for the services provided or expenses incurred, it
is not necessary to create a client. |

A project is a plan or proposal, a
scheme, an undertaking requiring considerable concerted effort.

Task category, specific tasks grouped
together in one category to form a category. Each task entered can
be assigned to a specific category. You can also use task
categories to create sub-projects or sub-levels of information. |

Tasks are work related activities
such as testing, meeting, reviewing etc. A task can be assigned to
multiple projects and users in Assignments view. Assignments will
be displayed in Tracker Leader timesheet entry tools. Each user
can view his or her own assignments. |

Assignments view provides a
convenience way to create assignments for users. After assignments
are created, users can use the timesheet entry tools to enter
time. |

Assignment details is inherited from
the details of the assignment's task, you can also modify it in
this user's assignment. To modify the task's details, go to the
Tasks view in the Projects category. Use the Save Details or Get
Details menu item to edit the assignment details. |

Interrupt category, specific
interrupts grouped together in one category to form a category
(for example, Have a Rest, Phone). |

Project Status view displays the
status of all assignments. In Estimation Tab, you can edit the
selected assignment. In Actual Status Tab, you can also edit the
selected time entry. |
