Leader Client
Tracker Leader
Client is a Windows®
based software. Simply double-click the assigned project and task,
Tracker Leader Client will auto-track time, provide accurate
performance information (in table, graphic and report format) and
make it easy to compare between your plans and reality. It offers
instant feedback (e.g. line charts, pie charts, stacked bar
charts) to help increase productivity and improve performance.
What's more, it provides measurement items to easy of collecting
your sensitive productivity data. You can track time while work is
being done, or enter time entries at the end of the day, week,
month, etc. Time and expense entries entered can be viewed in
Tracker Leader Pro immediately after input. |

Run the Tracker Leader application
you want to use, and the Login dialog will display. |

Time Tracker
provides an easy way to track your work. Before tracking, you need
select a task. There are two places to choose a task, one is Quick
Tasks, and the other is All Tasks. After choosing, you can
start to track your work.

In Time Log view, you can add or edit
any time entry. When forget to track work, you can add a time
entry here manually. When find a time entry need a modification,
you can edit the time entry selected. When you have confirmed the
time entries are okay, you can use the action of Submit to submit
your entries to your director. |

In Time Sheet view, you can add time
entries in batches. It is useful especially when you forget to add
time entries several days ago. When you select one or more cells,
Details tab will show the details, Description tab will show the
project description and the task description, |

In Expense Tracker view, you can add
or edit any expense entry. An expense can be allocated to multiple
projects with different allocation ratios. If an expense is just
for one project, then only one allocation is necessary. When you
have confirmed the expense entries are okay, you can use the
action of Submit to submit your entries to your director. |

Project status view displays the
status of your current assignments. In the white part of the grid,
you can edit these fields: Start Date, End Date, Estimated Hours,
Complete %. When you switch the details view to Details of
Assignment, you can edit the assignment details. |

Gantt Chart view displays today's
time entries' sequence by default. Each block indicates one
project and task, and the length of the block indicates how long
this activity has taken. |

Pie Chart view displays this month's
time distribution by default. With this view, you can have a clear
view of time distribution in the selected date range. The bigger
the piece is, the longer the activity has taken. |

Stacked Bar Chart view displays this
month's time distribution by default. With this view, you can have
a clear view of time distribution in the selected date range. The
taller the bar is, the longer the activity has taken. |

Line Chart view displays this month's
efficiency distribution by default. With this view, you can have a
clear view of efficiency distribution in the selected date range.
The taller the point is, the higher the efficiency of an activity
is. |
